These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Agent platform and all related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use AI Agent.

1. Eligibility and Access

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

• Any activity under your account will be treated as your responsibility.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Acceptable Use

AI Agent must be used only for lawful and authorized purposes in connection with your business or professional activities. You agree not to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or exploit the platform’s security.

• Copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the Services without written consent.

All software, content, branding, and technology related to AI Agent are the property of AI Agent or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services in line with these Terms.

• This license does not give you ownership, resale rights, or permission to exploit the platform commercially outside your authorized use.

4. Confidentiality and Data

We respect your privacy and safeguard your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of the data you upload.

• By using the Services, you grant AI Agent the right to process and store your data to deliver and improve the platform.

• You are responsible for ensuring your data does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Service Modifications

AI Agent may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time to reflect evolving technology, business needs, or legal obligations.

• We will notify you of significant changes when possible.

• Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms,

• Misuse the platform, or

• Pose a risk to other users or the system’s security.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services will end immediately. AI Agent has no obligation to retain your data unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Agent is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data,

• Damages resulting from your use—or inability to use—the Services.

This applies even if we have been advised of such risks.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Agent operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt mediation or negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
